Returns
At WOUX, quality, care, and a first-class shopping experience are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items under the following conditions.
Return Period
You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted only if registered in advance.
Return Requirements
Returned items must be:
- unworn, unused, and unwashed,
- in their original condition,
- free from stains, odors, or other signs of wear,
- accompanied by all original labels,
- returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
WOUX reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for orders delivered to addresses in Switzerland or Germany. No processing or restocking fees will be charged for returns.
For returns of orders delivered to addresses in other countries, a flat processing fee of CHF 7.99 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund after the return has been successfully inspected.
Refund
Your return will be carefully inspected upon receipt.
Once the inspection is complete, we will inform you of the outcome by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider, the credit may be issued within 5 to 10 business days.
Any shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not currently offered.
If you would like a different size or model, we recommend placing a new order once your refund has been issued.
Complaints
If an item is unexpectedly damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Please include the following information with your request:
- Order number
- brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item in question
