At Tanak WOUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you still wish to cancel your purchase, the following terms and conditions apply.

1. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day you or a person designated by you received the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to notify us of your intention to cancel in a timely manner by email.

2. Requirements for Returns

Returns are only possible if:

  • the goods have not been worn,

  • the goods are in a clean and undamaged condition,

  • all original labels remain attached,

  • the original packaging is used whenever possible.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations may be excluded from a refund or only partially refunded, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For orders delivered to an address in Switzerland or Germany, return shipping is free of charge. No processing or restocking fees will be charged for returns.

For returns of orders delivered to an address in another country, a flat return shipping fee of CHF 7.99 will be charged.

This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund. No separate payment by the customer is required.

If Tanak WOUX has delivered an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Tanak WOUX will, of course, cover all return shipping costs.

4. Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds are generally issued within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been inspected and accepted.

Shipping costs from the original order will only be refunded if required by law or expressly agreed upon.

5. Exclusion of Cancellation

Cancellation or return may be excluded in particular if:

  • the goods have been used or worn,

  • labels have been removed,

  • the goods have been damaged or altered,

  • statutory grounds for exclusion apply.

Your statutory rights regarding defective products remain unaffected.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at:

If possible, please send us photos of the product and the packaging so that we can process your request quickly.

In such cases, Tanak WOUX will cover all return shipping costs and ensure an appropriate solution.

7. Return Address

The return address will be provided to you by email after you have registered your return.

Please do not send any returns without registering them first.
